Obituary for Mary Ann Pasiechnyk “Minnie”
1943 – 2012
It is with deep sorrow that the family of Mary Ann Pasiechnyk announces her passing on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at the High River Hospital in Alberta at 68 years of age.
Minnie was born on August 30, 1943 in Preeceville, Saskatchewan. She was known for her hospitality, her love of cooking and serving her community. Her grandchildren lit up her world. We will remember Minnie most for her smile and her bubbly personality.
Minnie is survived by her husband Peter Pasiechnyk, her daughters Theresa Pasiechnyk, Tanis Beebe (Brad), her son Shane Pasiechnyk (Carmen) and grandchildren Connor, Dillon, Scott and Michelle. Minnie is also survived by her two sisters Joyce Daschuk and Sylvia Mocyk and a brother Ron Mocyk. She was predeceased by her parents Daisy and Peter Mocyk.
A memorial service for Minnie will be held at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Kimberley on Monday, June 18, 2012 at 11:00 am.
