Cathy Hesketh, 70, passed away peacefully at her home in Cranbrook on Sunday, December 25th.

Cathy was born to Harold and Edith Rutledge on November 5th, 1946 in Fernie BC where she spent most of her life raising her family with her loving husband Albert. She lost her husband Albert suddenly on January 22, 2006.

Cathy is survived by her daughters Carie (Sonny) Girvin, Marnie (Richard) Wake, son Calvin (Nancy) Hesketh; her five grandchildren: Lindsay (Wes), Leah, Marshall (Brittany), Mackenzie and William, and her four great grandchildren: Aurora, Bailey, Kane, and Eli.

Cathy also leaves behind her sisters Sandy (Jimmy) Thompson, Annette (Marvin) Uphill, and brother Teddy (Sherry) Rutledge.
