On Tuesday, March 17, 2014, Dorothy Jean Carriger passed away peacefully at the F.W. Green Memorial Home. Dorothy went home to Heaven where she is today with her Saviour and Lord as well as her husband, Edward Carriger who had predeceased her.
She is survived by her two daughters, Nancy of Niamey, Niger and Alice (Dave) Griffin of Vernon, BC, four grandchildren; 2 granddaughters – Marsha of Los Angeles, CA, Sherah of Vernon, BC and Dorothy’s great granddaughter Jaynie Rae; and 2 grandsons – Graham of Calgary, AB and Jonah of Edmonton AB. She is also survived by one sister Audrey Gibson of St. Petersburg Florida.
The funeral service and celebration of Dorothy’s life will be at Mark Memorial Funeral Home on Monday March 24, 2014 at 1:00 pm in Cranbrook, BC.
