Dorothy “Dot” May Munro

October 7, 1920 – August 19, 2014
Dorothy Munro passed away peacefully with family and her loving cat Sassy by her side at the F.W. Green Memorial Home in Cranbrook on Tuesday, August 19, 2014.
She was a loving mother to her son David Munro of Eureka, Montana and her daughter Charyl Wilson of Cranbrook, BC; loving grandmother to Brandy and Amy Wilson and loving great grandmother to Austin and Riley Stevens all of Cranbrook, BC.
There will be a visitation on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 from 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm at McPherson’s Funeral Home (2200 – 2nd Street South) in Cranbrook. Dorothy’s life will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at 1:00 pm at the Cranbrook United Church, (2 – 12th Avenue South). In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dorothy’s name to the East Kootenay S.P.C.A., PO Box 2, Cranbrook, British Columbia, V1C 4H6.
