It is with the deepest sorrow that the family of Desiree MacPherson announces her sudden passing on Saturday, May 4, 2013 in Kelowna, British Columbia.
Desiree was born on April 15, 1988 in Kimberley, British Columbia. In her short 25 years, Desiree made an imprint on the hearts of everyone she met. She loved her family, extended family and friends. Desiree was so giving and kind, and always looked for everyone’s true potential. It was rare to see her without her gorgeous makeup done and the highest of heels she could find, but she was still a little bit redneck and loved camping, boating and mudding. Desiree expressed herself artistically through her paintings, her love of music and at her job as an Esthetician where her clients became her friends and her co-workers were her family. She was always smiling that bright beautiful smile that could light up a room. Desiree loved life and lived it to the fullest. Her love and passion will be profoundly missed.
Desiree is survived by her parents Butch and Cory MacPherson; sisters Miranda (Takeshi) and Paetonn (Matt); grandparents Mel Chadney (Mary) and Jan Chadney; many special aunts, uncles, cousins and close family friends. She also leaves behind Todd, Julie-Ann, Krista and Brooklynn Pearson and the extended Pearson family.
A Celebration Of Desiree’s Life will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 3:00 pm at Tie Lake Provincial Park Beach in Jaffray, British Columbia.
