Janet Louise Perry passed away at the Lethbridge Regional Hospital on Monday, March 14, 2016 at the age of 73 years. She was born in Ottawa, ON on July 19, 1942.
Janet is survived by her son Philip (Audrey) of Chetwyn; sisters Gayle, Carole, Heather, and Eleanor; brothers Gordon, Stewart, Grant, and Douglas, and in-laws John & Gloria of Sparwood, Peter & Janet, Edward, Heather, Loretta, Theresa, Linda and Jacqueline. She was predeceased by her husband Robert, her parents, and siblings Albert, George, Phylis and Billy.
Janet was a kind hearted lady who greeted people with a warm smile and friendly conversation. She enjoyed volunteering at the Royal Canadian Legion and the Lions Club, always ready to lend a helping hand wherever and whenever needed. Janet also enjoyed needle point, and spending time with family and friends. She will be dearly missed by the staff and residents of Rocky Mountain Village where she resided for many years.
Memorial donations may be made in Janet’s name to the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 36.
