Diane died peacefully on Saturday, October 11th after a long, suffering battle with esophageal cancer. Beyond her love for her husband, children and grandchildren she loved her horse Suzie and dog Rosie. Her favorite activities were backcountry riding and long dog walks with friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Marc Turcot and Mary Turcot, and survived by her husband, Peter MacDougal, Son Brydon MacDougal (Erin), daughter Robyn Lancaster (Sam), and two grandsons, Jameson and Grayson. And by her sisters Madeline (Dick) and Connie.

A Celebration of Life will be held between 1:00 and 3:00 on Saturday, October 25 at the Stemwinder.
