He is mourned by his wife of 68 years Betty-Lou ( Marshall) , and their three children, Kim, Jeff, and Shawn. In addition he leaves behind seven grandchildren and nine Great Grandchildren.

He is predeceased by his parents Wray and Mabel Tuff, and brother Ron Tuff.

Roy was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta where he met his wife Betty-Lou. He retired in 1987 from a successful 30 career with A.G.T. He then spent time living in Mexico, building a house in South Bend , Washington, and trying out life in Mission B.C for a while before settling in Kimberley B.C.

Roy has a an extensive network of friends, who he cherished, loved to golf , and he always found time to pop in to visit , no matter where life found him.
