On Monday, April 16, 2018, Judy Mae Piasta passed away at the Elk Valley Hospital following a hard-fought battle with cancer. She was born on March 6, 1952 in Nelson, BC.

A proud and loving wife, mother and grandmother, Judy devoted her life to her family. Though petite in stature, Judy was feisty and outgoing, a tad stubborn, and passionate about those she loved most. She enjoyed camping with family and friends, crafting, and above all else, spoiling her granddaughters.

Judy will be sorely missed by her devoted husband Russel and their children; daughter Corrina (Alex) and son Michael (Stacey) and her 2 precious granddaughters, Stephanie and Alexis.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Judy’s name to the charity of the donor’s choice.
