1937 – 2018

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Thora passed away peacefully in Cranbrook with her family at her side on Monday, May 28, 2018. She was 81.

Thora was born on March 14, 1937 in Fernie, BC. She leaves to mourn her passing her daughter Debbie (Luke), son Gord, grandson’s Kyle (Shelby), Cody (Melissa) and Stephen, her brother Jack (Evelyn) and nephew Tyrone (Lori). Thora was predeceased by her husband Bernie, son’s Rick and Randy, partner Paul, sister Patricia and her nephew Troy.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
