With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Alan Michael Zalesehuk on June 25, 2025, in Cranbrook, British Columbia.

Alan was born in Alvena, Saskatchewan and raised in Trail, B.C. He spent his working life as an Instrument Mechanic at Cominco in Trail and Kimberley.

Alan is survived by his wife of 71 years Betty, daughters Shirley (Bruce) Rattray, and Dianne (John) Murphy, grandchildren Michael, Theresa, Monte, Allyce, and Kevin, as well as 9 great grandchildren.

Alan was predeceased by his grandson James Murphy.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00am on Thursday July 3, 2025 at the Kimberley Cemetery Columbarium.
