With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Annette Ferguson Weatherston on August 3, 2025, in Kimberley, British Columbia.

Annette was an avid barrel racer and lover of animals, especially dogs and horses. She spent most of her time at rodeos or on farms, and her three daughters became her passionate sidekicks. She had many friends and formed connections with people easily, being a caring, thoughtful, and empathetic soul. She loved to help others and, in her time, extended her love to families in need.

Annette is survived by her daughters Alex, (James) Beresford, Krista (Adrian) Lysenko, and Kim Weatherston (Tim Bierhals), grandchildren Oliver and Delilah Bierhals, Theodore and Malaki Lysenko, Toby and Anders Beresford, brother Michael Peacock, sister-in-law Judy Peacock, brother Richard Peacock, niece & nephew Nadia & Ian Christie, and Nephews Doug and Gary Peacock.

She was predeceased by her sister Jackie Peacock.

A service will be held from 1-4pm on November 15, 2025 in Alton Mill and Arts Centre, Ontario.
