It is with sadness that the family of Ruth Emma Mahood Announce her passing on Nov 12, 2025. Ruth was born in Cranbrook and raised in Moyie on the farm, she met and married Patrick ”Pat” Mahood and they both enjoyed a wonderful life in the Kootenays.

Ruth Is survived by her brother George(Linda) Bateman, many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Ruth is Predeceased by her husband Pat Mahood, Parents Clive and Elnora Bateman.

A private family Graveside Service will take place for Ruth.
