Trudy Fitzpatrick, 79, of Wycliffe, BC, passed away on November 11, 2025.

Born in Kimberley, BC, Trudy was the daughter of John and Muriel Adamek. While living in Calgary, she met her husband Kevin Fitzpatrick and they shared nearly 55 years of marriage together. A partnership built on love, laughter and unwavering support. During Kevin’s RCMP career, the couple lived in many amazing communities, including Canmore, Banff, Manning and Jasper. They embraced each new place with excitement forming lifelong friendships, before retiring to Wycliffe to enjoy their retirement years together.

Trudy was a proud mother to their daughter Lesley and her husband Colin. Her greatest joys were her grandsons Jacob (his wife Amanda) and Joel. She was extremely proud of all three and delighted in their accomplishments, always cheering them on and sharing in their joys.

She had a passion for gardening, loved family trips, and treasured the friendships she made throughout her life.

Trudy will be remembered for her kindness, stubbornness, gentle strength, and love for her family and friends.

A family and friends gathering will follow in the springtime.
