William “Bill” Menzul, born November 21, 1933 in Shell River, MB, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 20, 2017.

Left to mourn is his wife Tillie and their daughters: Bonnie (Vaughn)Willett, Connie (Terry) Couvier, and Dawn (Mark) Marchi, and 6 grandchildren: Brianna, Jared, Aaron, Travis, Alise and Daylan.
Bill moved his family to Fernie in March 1970 to work at Kaiser Resources. A short while later, he changed careers and began working at the Ford Dealership in Fernie. He finished his pre-retirement years as a maintenance man at the Fernie Court House. Where the grass was always green and the flowers were always blooming.

Bill loved to camp and fish, and enjoyed his time at Koocanusa – sitting on the deck enjoying his coffee, puffing on his pipe, always a faithful four-legged companion by his side.
Tillie & family would like to thank Dr. Shane Soetaert and all the nursing staff who cared for Bill at Rocky Mountain Village.
