Chili time in Spilli
The annual Chili Cookoff Festival in Spillimacheen is this Saturday, May 31, from noon to 6 p.m.
The festival is open to everyone from families and friends to chili aficionados. Anyone can be a guest cook, and anyone can come spend the day with us. The Spilli Chili Cookoff Festival is on the traditional Spillimacheen Festival Grounds, in Spillimacheen.
Tickets at the gate: adults $5 / children 12 and under free. The 2014 festival will support Columbia Valley food producers, including the beef and ranching community, and local produce and agricultural producers.
The growing local valley artisans market will be bigger and better, and all day entertainment featuring new and well-known musicians will be performing.
