Community Fall Fair set for Sept. 23/24
It’s that time again for businesses and individuals to show off their services and products.
The Kimberley Community Fall Fair runs Saturday, Sept. 23 from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 24 from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Marysville Arena.
“We are very excited to host the Kimberley Community Fall Fair this year, where 100% of the proceeds go to non-profit organizations in the community,” said Karen Rempel of Rocky Mountain Event Planners and the Kimberley Community Fall Fair.
This year’s fair promises to be fun for the whole family, with new attractions such as youth booths, an apple pie baking contest, watermelon seed spitting contest, a Bolerama exhibit along with yearly favourites such as the Kiddies’ Corner, with prizes and games, a bouncy Tent, shopping everywhere, beverage garden and lots of excellent food! Admission for those 18 and under is half price.
The annual fall fair is also still open for applications from vendors seeking to attend.

Please read this information sheet carefully and return your application form with your
full payment early to ensure your first choice of booths.
- Hours of operation –Sat. – 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (changed)
Sun. 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. (changed)
- Corner booths $175 , inside booths are $150. Outside booths are
$ 135. (no non profit rate-proceeds are donated to non profits)
- All booths must be paid in full to consider the booth/spot sold.

- Notification of cancellations must be sent by July 31 No refunds after that date.
- All N.S.F. cheques will result in loss of booth space.
- Set up of booths will take place: FRIDAY–NOON TO 7 p.m. ONLY, except those that have a vehicle as part of their display. Arrangement of vehicle placement must be made before the above date. Set up exceptions will be made for those from out of town to set up Saturday morning. PLEASE MAKE PREARRANGEMENTS FOR THIS. Without this arrangement, Friday evening, we will assume you are not coming and we will fill the booth space from our waiting list. ALL INSIDE BOOTHS are to be fully set up and manned by 9:45 a.m. Saturday morning.
- OUTSIDE EXHIBITORS will have to have their booths manned BEFORE 9 a.m. SATURDAY morning, as that is when the security fence will be put up outside blocking off the street.
- All entrants are to provide their own display structures, their own tables and chairs, extension cords, lamps, fire extinguishers and any other booth needs. IF TABLE IS Borrowed YOU are responsible to return it corner area when finished with it and must sign it out with George and return it to him when finished to remove your name off of the list.
- Exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance and food safe, please provide copies with application package.
