Here’s what’s happening at the Fernie Heritage Library in February.

Storytime (Ages 3-5 years)

Tuesdays 11:15 a.m.-noon

Stories, singing and activities for preschoolers and their caregivers.

Toddlertime (Ages 0-2 years)

Wednesdays 11:15 a.m.

Fridays 11:15 a.m.

Singing, simple stories and fingerplays for babies and their caregivers.

** Friday, Feb. 12 at 11:15 a.m. Storytime Valentine’s Day Party ages 0-5 and caregivers.

Children’s Activities for Grades 1-6

Tuesdays 3:30-4:45 p.m. Knits and Knots, join in some yarny fun for ages 8+, Drop In

Wednesdays 3:30-4:45 p.m. Charadians: for those who love all things drama. Ages 8+, Drop In

Thursdays Lego Club 3:30-4:45 p.m.: New challenge every week, for ages 7+

MUST REGISTER to attend

Red Cedar Book Club: February 5, 3:45-4:45 p.m. Grades 4-6. New members always welcomed.

FUN Friday, February 26, 1-2:30pm (age 7+) Drop-In.

Teenspace: Thursday February 4 and 18, 6:30-8 p.m.

Rather than a program for teens, TeenSpace is simply a venue for teens to come and be together in an environment that is non-judgemental and available. Teens are encouraged to set up activities for themselves can then be supported by staff, as needed. Contact Anie at [email protected] for further details.
