Wapiti lineup announced
The Wapiti Music Festival today announced “the freshest Canadian Indie” talent scheduled to appear at the fourth annual event August 8 and 9.
Festival organizers have announced that July Talk, Zeus, The Strumbellas, Good for Grapes, Fast Romantics, JP Hoe, Greg Drummond, Jordan Klassen, Dear Rouge and Old Man Canyon will be appearing on stage in Fernie’s Annex Park.
Storming the indie scene, July Talk’s true rock and roll sound will take the CBC Stage Saturday night, sharing the evening with Fast Romantics and The Strumbellas, who recently took home the 2014 Juno Award for Roots Album of the Year.

Toronto’s Zeus and Vancouver’s Good for Grapes is a must see for the Friday night lineup.

Heading into its fourth year, Wapiti Music Festival brings the best of ‘Fresh Canadian Indie’ right into Fernie’s backyard for two days of awesome fun for all ages.

New this year will be a free community outdoor concert on Thursday evening, August 7 in downtown Fernie at The Arts Station, featuring Victoria’s Wil.
This will be a free show to the public Thursday evening to kick off the Wapiti weekend.
Wapiti Music Festival takes place in Annex Park in Fernie August 8-9.

A kids’ tent, refreshment gardens and a vendor village will be on hand to take care of all your needs.
