New company aims to support local organizations

As a new consulting company in Cranbrook, Lotic Environmental Ltd. is pleased to support local community organizations.

Since embarking in November 2010, owner and biologist, Mike Robinson, has been committed to providing high quality biological services to the area. The focus of Lotic Environmental is assessment of the aquatic environment, which includes such aspects as fish and fish habitat, water availability and water quality.

With wonderful support staff, including his wife, Corinna, and the expertise of fellow biologists, Sherri McPherson and Tegan Arnett, and hydrologist, Ryan MacDonald, the success of Lotic Environmental has many participants.

Being born and raised in Cranbrook, it is with great pleasure that Mike is able to donate to many groups around Cranbrook, including the Sunrise Rotary Film Festival, Spring Honda Fun Run and now to the Kootenay Child Develoopment Centre. Please check out their website at www.lotic.co.
