The streets of downtown Cranbrook were once again lined shoulder-to-shoulder for the annual Santa Claus Parade.

It was a warmer-than-usual evening for the parade and a congenial Christmas mood prevailed, as many colourful floats rolled past and groups marched by. Community organizations, businesses, churches, politicians, princesses, sweethearts, colourful pooches and a thematic ode to the upcoming Canada Cup of Curling (Nov. 30- Dec. 4) https://www.curling.ca/championships/canadacup/ were the order of the 45 minute parade.
