The East Kootenay Shrine Club No. 4 Cranbrook delivered $7,500 to the East Kootenay Child Development Centre yesterday (May 9).

Shrine president Dan Liebel (above photo back left) and fellow Shriners Edward Stairs, Doug Pepper, Barry Beaulac, Fred Anderson and Steve Gore presented the EKDC’s Patricia Whalen, Gail Brown and Gwen Noble with the funds before receiving a tour of the rapidly arriving children’s centre in Cranbrook. Also pictured on the left end (seated) are Aven Kimber and to the right Trystyn Keen and Harry Rosnow.
