KIS adopts piece of Rails to Trails
On Monday (April 23) the Kimberley Independent School made public their adoption of a section of Rails to Trails.
The school is adopting approximately a 500 yard section of the trail. The school hopes other schools, groups/teams, and others will follow suit and make a section of the trail their own.
The goal – of the school as well as the Rails to Trails Society – is to have the entire length of the trail be looked after by the citizens of Kimberley and Cranbrook.
