Mammography benefits thanks to Cranbrook Volunteer Paramedics

Photo details:   Leslie Weaver of the Cranbrook Volunteer Paramedics presents Donna Grainger, EKFH Executive Director with a cheque for $4,000 in support of the A Clear View – digital mammography fund.

The gift also helped to light star #16 atop the East Kootenay Regional Hospital as part of the ongoing Starlite Campaign. In the past the Cranbrook Volunteer Paramedics also provided funding to purchase a hover mat for the emergency department of the regional hospital.

Volunteer groups, service clubs, personal gifts and grants have been keys in the effort to bring a digital stereotactic mammography unit to the East Kootenay.   If you haven’t  done so yet, please consider a donation to help EKFH reach its $1 million fundraising goal by visiting www.aclearview.ca.

Be part of the picture… have A Clear View.  The ability to triumph begins with you!
