Stuffed jumbo shells

This is a super easy meal. Everyone will think you were cooking all day.

Stuffed Jumbo Shells
1   340g box of Jumbo shells – cooked and drained
1   500g container of Ricotta cheese
1   Pkg ( 300g) frozen spinach cooked and water squeezed out
1   cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1   250g container of cottage cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Mix cheeses, spinach and crumbs together and spoon into cooked shells. Put a layer about a cup of Marinara sauce (recipe below ) in your 13X9 baking dish. Line up stuffed shells in dish and spoon the rest of the sauce on top of shells. Cover and bake at 350 for 25-30 min

Easy Marinara Sauce

1  whole onion chopped
4  minced garlic toes
1  can ( 796g )  of diced tomatoes
1  tsp of Italian seasoning
3  tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

Saute chopped onion and minced garlic in olive oil until onions are translucent. Add tomatoes. Simmer for about five minutes.
