14-year-old Warfield girl missing
UPDATED: Good news! Reports are in that she has been found.
Residents of the East Kootenay, please keep your eyes open for a girl reported missing from Warfield.
Trail RCMP Detachment are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 14 year old girl, Morgan Durocher.
On July 30, Durocher walked away from her foster home in Warfield, near Trail. She may have been looking to meet up with her boyfriend in Nelson. Durocher has previously run away and may be in the Nelson/Castlegar area. Police have no reason at this time to believe she has come to any harm however, due to her age, active attempts are being made to locate her as soon as possible.
Morgan Durocher is described as:
14 years old
5′ 05″ (165 cm) tall
101 lbs. (46 kg)
long brown hair and green eyes
wears horizontal bar braces on her teeth
