Area B Volunteer of the Year recognized
Congratulations to Sarann Press, the Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK) 2014 Electoral Area B Volunteer of the Year.
Sarann is an outstanding leader in the community and has contributed tirelessly to the South Country Crafts and Critters 4H Club for 12 years.
Currently, she is the regional and district president and is the “beef leader.” She is dedicated and committed to making a difference in her community. She is a tireless volunteer, putting youth and children and people first.
If there is a crisis or someone in need, Sarann is always there to offer whatever help or support she can. And, she gives all of this time while balancing a full time job, and a young family with her husband.
