Breaking news… RCMP have reportedly captured the suspect in the abduction of three-year-old Kienan Hebert.

Randall Hopley has been captured in a gravel pit near Crowsnest Pass, Alta., and is being moved west to Sparwood.

Elk Valley RCMP announced a few minutes ago that a press conference will be held in Sparwood this afternoon. No other details are available at this time and no media calls will be returned before the press conference, on September 13, at 3 p.m. MT.
