The City of Cranbrook is currently re-vamping its official community plan (OCP).

An OCP update is an often involved process where a municipal government re-focuses long-term aims and refines ongoing parameters and guidelines for city activities. With that in mind – it is important that citizens be involved in OCP processes.

City staff has scheduled an open house to present the draft OCP amendment to the public on Feb. 5.  There will be a presentation at 7:15 p.m. The open house will be at the Manual Training School at the Cranbrook Library.

The purpose of the open house is to present the proposed changes to the plan and gather input on the changes.
