Cranbrook RCMP Report
The following is a synopsis of calls received by Cranbrook RCMP for the nine day period of (from 6 a.m.) March 21 to 6 a.m., March 29.
The detachment received 118 calls for service throughout that period.
Among the calls police handled:
One Immediate Roadside Prohibition issued (alcohol);
Two collisions – both were hit and runs – no major damage or injury;
Nine Mental Health calls: three apprehended in total;
Six assault complaints: one domestic in nature;
Three thefts reported: relatively minor;
Two fraud complaints;
Three drug seizures –marijuana (two) and cocaine’
One Drug Trafficking charge – cocaine
