Devon and Kendall capture 2014 Sweetheart titles

It was a full house at Key City Theatre Friday night (June 20) for the 2014 Sweetheart of Sam Steele Youth Ambassador Pageant.
Devon Kennedy is the 2014 Sweetheart of Sam Steele, and Kendall Bostock was crowned 2014 Princess of Sam Steele.
Katie Elder took home the Toastmasters Public Speaking Award; Burke Bidder is the recipient of the $500 Community Awareness Scholarship; and Devon Kennedy won the Talent Award.
All seven young ladies participated in the Sam Steele Days parade before being honoured at the Sweetheart Banquet and Ball Saturday night.
