Cranbrook RCMP had the road blocked off near the north end of Cranbrook Street for part of the afternoon and evening yesterday (Jan. 15), while officers were on the lookout for a female. Officers eventually located the woman at approximately 6:30 p.m. Details of the roadblock and why police were looking for her were not readily available during the time of this report.
