Extreme Griz pentathletes produce hilarious results
The 46th annual Griz Days festivities in Fernie last weekend featured a return to pre-pandemic celebrations and traditions.
The Extreme Griz competition continued with hilarious results as competitors battled in a pancake eating competition at the Fernie Senior Centre, followed by an obstacle race and axe throwing contest at Rotary Park.
The unique age nineteen plus pentathlon concluded with a keg toss and log sawing competition, with a bit of off competition leg wrestling added for good measure at Park Place Lodge.
Check out the Baby Races at the Fernie Community Centre.
