It was once a school; now it’s a community hall. The Mayook community recently put up a new sign to let people know about its historic schoolhouse, which has been given new life as a hall thanks to the efforts of many volunteers and support from Columbia Basin Trust. People in the area are encouraged to take advantage of the updated space, which is available for rent for events of all types.
