Fund established to help Kimberley family
A Kimberley family has established a fund to help the children of a father who recently died.
Leslie Clifford, 40, passed away Oct. 8, leaving behind his wife Julia and three children Kaden (6), Jordyn (4) and Marian (10 months).
“Being left without a father to support them is not only an emotional hardship but also a financial hardship for his young family,” states Lorraine Clifford in a letter detailing why the fund has been established.
“Ron and I have been helping out with what we can. A lot of our friends and family have been asking what they can do to help. We finally have it; the Les Clifford Memorial Fund account opened up at the Royal Bank in Kimberley,” Leslie Clifford detailed.
Donations can be made in person at the Kimberley Royal Bank, 375 Wallinger Ave., Kimberley, B.C., V1A 2Z3. Or you can go to any Royal Bank branch to make a donation.
The account number is: 100 38 21; Branch number is 02560 and bank number is 003.
