The Elk Valley Hospice Society’s resource library grand opening is Thursday, Jan. 22 on the upper floor of the Fernie Heritage Library. The opening runs from 7-8:30 p.m.

The Elk Valley Hospice (Fernie & Area) is a member of the BC Hospice Palliative Care Association.  It features a trained group of community volunteers, healthcare professionals and caregivers dedicated to providing free confidential, non-judgmental support, comfort and care to those facing life threatening illness and their families.
