“Large” quantity of cocaine seized in bust
A 22-year-old Radium Hot Springs resident has been charged with possession of cocaine following a July 3 arrest made by Columbia Valley RCMP Detachment members.
The 11 a.m. arrest was the “result of an ongoing investigation of ongoing drug trafficking activities,” reported detachment NCO, S/Sgt. Marko Shehovac.
The Radium male was charged with possession of a controlled substance “when a large quantity of cocaine was seized,” he said.
The male will be appearing in Invermere Provincial Court Sept 10.
