Seniors advocate hosting open house in Cranbrook

The provincial seniors advocate, Isobel Mackenzie, will be participating in a town hall in Cranbrook Thursday, June 19.

The Office of the Seniors Advocate and Ministry of Health are inviting seniors and their families to take part in an open dialogue about topics that matter to them.

Mackenzie will be at the Senior Citizen Hall, 125-17th Ave. S in Cranbrook between 1:30 and 3 p.m.

Mackenzie was named B.C.’s first seniors’ advocate by Health Minister Terry Lake in March.
