Show and Shine’s 25th run given classic treatment
A silver anniversary is supposed to shine.
The 25th annual Columbia Valley Classics Car Show and Shine, held on the driving range of the Springs Golf Course in Radium Hot Springs Sept. 20, was blessed with the sharpest and clearest blue skies possible.
As a result, the hundreds of classic and vintage cars, trucks and combinations made for a sunglasses-necessary spectacle.
The Village of Radium Hot Springs was standing room only as thousands of people made their way around the sprawling classics compound, ringed by food stands, motorhead paraphernalia, local information and more, all creating a fun carnival atmosphere.
Adding to the festivities was Music and Market on Main, held at the Radium Info Centre, with local musical acts entertaining and vendors providing a wide array of wares and material.
