Motorists in the City of Cranbrook can expect delays along 2nd Street South for most of the day.

Public Works crews are dealing with a water leak today on 2nd Street South between 14th Avenue South and 16th Avenue South.

The city has flaggers on site and traffic has been reduced to single lane, alternating for the duration of the work, which is expected to last most of the day.

Drivers are advised the area is passable but is slower than usual, the city reports.
