A very big thank you to the Invermere Health Care Auxiliary (IHCA), for supporting the creation of ten new raised garden beds at J.A. Laird Elementary School.

Groundswell Community Greenhouse & Gardens and J.A. Laird have been working together to teach the students in the whole school how to garden.

The 10 beds will allow them to have gardens right next to their school. Very exciting!

The volunteers at the Thrift Shop gathered around as we accepted the check for this collaborative Garden Bed Project.
