Invermere Fire Rescue (IFR) would like to send out a huge thank you to the Invermere Health Care Auxiliary and their hard working team. The Auxiliary donated funds to IFR for the purchase of three handheld Thermal Imaging Cameras (TIC for short).

This equipment is critical in detecting hot spots and heat that can’t be seen with the naked eye or through smoke. It can help us find hidden fire, and locate people throughout structures.
