Lake Enid clean up
Two Columbia Valley groups joined forces June 23, braving driving rains to clean up the mess made by campers and partiers so far this spring at Lake Enid, near Wilmer.
Windermere Valley Dirt Bikers and Wildsight led a charge against human-caused messes at the popular location.
The two groups teamed up to do the clean-up as part of an awareness-builder to promote responsible use of both the front and backcountry in the Central Purcell Mountains.
