True Key Hotels & Resorts recently announced the official grand opening of the ‘Forster meeting room’ at Bighorn Meadows Resort.

This new meeting space is part of an expansion of the existing welcome centre building which also includes a workout area, expanded pool deck, additional hot tub and washrooms.

“This new meeting space will allow us to offer small groups an onsite area to have their meeting, function or get together,” said Michael Anderson, President of True Key Hotels & Resorts, “We’re excited to showcase the expanded welcome centre which offers a more robust resort experience for our guests.”

The Forster room is 686 sq. feet, in size and can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 30 for a sit-down dinner. Available for half or full day rentals, the room can be set in a variety of configurations to suit groups of all types; social, business, families or community.

This is not a traditional meeting room; it has four large windows along one side, direct access to the outside and is finished in a contemporary décor with club chairs, an electric fireplace, food preparation area with sink, dishwasher and wine fridge.
