Windermere Water open houses August 23
In preparation for two referendums to be held in October regarding the Windermere Water Project and proposed new East Side Service Area, the Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK) will be hosting two sets of open houses on August 23.
If you are a water customer or own property in the RDEK’s Windermere or Timber Ridge Water Service Areas, or if you are an existing Parr Utilities Customer, we hope you can join us. There will be informational displays and a brief presentation at each of the sessions. The same information will be presented at each one, so you only need attend one.
There are two sessions on August 23: 3 to 5 p.m. (presentation at 3:30 p.m.) and 7 to 9 p.m. (presentation at 7:30 p.m.) at the Columbia Valley Chamber of Commerce/Lions Hall south of the Invermere crossroads.
