10 ha fire reported south of Cranbrook
BC Wildfire Service is reporting that lightning has ignited a wildfire in the West Plumbob drainage about 33 km south of Cranbrook and 30 km west of Kikomun Creek Provincial Park.
The fire, considered new as of the evening of July 31, is estimated at 10 hectares in size.
