25-year fire captain retires
Cranbrook Professional Fire Fighters Local 1253 this morning bid adieu to one of their own – retiring Captain Dean Eldred.
“Our local and the department would like to congratulate newly retired Captain Dean Eldred for 25 years of service to our community,” Local 1253 noted on social media this morning.
“Captain Eldred was a respected member of the department who will be missed. He finished his last shift this morning at 8 a.m. and was happy to give his last night shift report.
“Thank you again brother for all you have done and enjoy your well deserved retirement,” #cranbrookfirefighters stated.
