About the Site C Dam update…

1. On Nov. 25, BC Hydro announced the biggest contract in B.C. history ($1.5 billion) that will create thousands of jobs and will result in a dam that provides a century of affordable, clean, and reliable electricity.
2. For the engineers among you, this contract includes the construction of an earth fill dam, two diversion tunnels and a huge concrete foundation for the generating station and spillways.
