1. Last week, the provincial government proclaimed ‘Make a Will Week’ to raise awareness among British Columbians of the importance of a will, and to encourage people throughout our province to make a will or update an existing one.

2. Making a will helps ensure that your wishes for family and loved ones, charities, and other beneficiaries are understood and honoured.

3. B.C. provides many options to help you make your will. You can find helpful resources any time at www.gov.bc.ca/makeawill.
