Celestial Rhythms – Week 38

KhojiViharaBy Khoji J. Vihara

Week 38

September 16 – 22

This is the last week of summer, a time of culmination, of bringing things to a close, of finding conclusions, refinement and integration. Keep to the facts. This is not the time to take risks. Objectivity can dissolve difficulty. Listen to both sides and seek advice. Be of service. Going the extra mile will bring great satisfaction. It’s important to take charge of a situation when it’s still controllable, before it deteriorates.

Monday, September 16

The Moon is in Aquarius and void for the whole day of Monday. We should be careful and lay rather low. This is not the day to initiate new moves. Getting accomplished what has to be done is perfectly enough. There’s an edgy and combative feel. And due to the V/C Moon there’s no clear direction, there might be confusion and it’s most important to avoid conflict. Overall quite a challenging day.

Horoscope Inside Banner BWTuesday, September 17

The Pisces Moon generates a smooth undertone. Big moves are possible today. It’s very important to pay attention to your intuition. Out of nowhere you might perceive a situation in totally new ways. Radical changes might be announcing themselves.

Wednesday, September 18

As we’re approaching full Moon, emotional tides might get more pronounced. However, this is a great day for reflection. Ask yourself what’s most important in your life. Then make the commitment, devote yourself to stay on track despite mounting difficulties ahead. Following through on what you decide to commit to will make you stronger and more compassionate.

Thursday, September 19

Full Moon at 5:13 a.m. Then for a few hours the Moon is void, to enter fiery Aries at 11 a.m. This is a very social and interactive day. Lots of interesting exchange and mutual stimulation. Don’t push the river, be patient with yourself and others. Courage pays out big time.

Friday, September 20

A very subtle change of tides occurs today. After more than five months of apparently moving backwards, Pluto initiates his comeback, adding a deeply transformative undertone to this day. Acknowledge that there are difficult tasks ahead, that one must face problems directly and work through them completely. Reinforce your positive attitude. By ‘biting the bullet’ we can overcome obstruction.

Saturday, September 21

horotaurusStarting Friday evening 7:25 p.m., the Moon turns void-of-course, till Saturday afternoon 4:30 p.m. when it enters Taurus. For once, timing of the Moon’s void phase is favorable. It invites us to unwind, celebrate and be creative. This is the last weekend of summer, so enjoy this episode of dreamtime and attune yourself to a new beginning. Saturday evening could make for a great end-of-summer party.

Sunday, September 22

For the last six months nature has given everything it possibly could, replenishing our reserves, stocking up our resources. With the Sun’s ingress into Libra (2:44 p.m.), an entirely new story begins. For the coming six months we are feeding off our reserves. Now the emphasis will be on reaching out, to share the accumulated wealth.  This is a great day to set fresh intentions and begin new projects. White Magnetic Wind (Mayan Dreamspell calendar) initiates a fresh thirteen-days cycle. Wind is the vehicle for divine spirit, penetrating our lives with new visions and ideas.

Khoji J. Vihara / cosmoswithin@gmx.com I was born in Switzerland on March 12, 1955, and grew up on my grandfather’s farm. After high school I studied classical flute with Alexandre Magnin, at the Music Academy in Zurich where I graduated in 1979. For many years, music was my main focus, performing and teaching, classical music and improvisation. At the age of 18, I began studying many different systems of astrology, the Tarot and the I Ching. This led to much travel. From 1980 to 1982 I travelled through India; 1986/87 I was in Central and South America. In 1997 I immigrated to Canada, living in the Slocan Valley, near Nelson, until 2006. In 1998 I started my own business, importing minerals and silver jewelry from India. And from 2006 – 2012 I lived on an acreage in central Alberta before moving to Kimberley in 2013.
